I started working with Yesenia at the beginning of 2021. I was coming off a dismal holiday season, followed by an entire month of no sales. Yesenia helped me clarify my messaging, refocus my work and goals and taught me how to make genuine offers that my customers couldn’t refuse. 1 Group Coaching call
Each month we will gather as a group for a coaching call that will give you the opportunity to get coached on what's holding you back so you can move forward. First we'll address the mindset shifts that are needed before you can implement the strategy that will produce the results.
1 master class training
Each month you'll have access to one in-depth training that will be a deep dive into a relevant topic! Each training will touch on a mindset piece as well as the strategy and implementation that follows the mindset work. Remember, results are created when mindset and strategy COLLIDE!
community
It takes a village to raise children, it takes an even bigger village to build a business while raising children. Community is an important part of your success and the COLLIDE Community is just what you need to feel encouraged, inspired, and most importantly, seen.
2x/month office hours
It's important to me that you not only learn the strategy, but that you implement it in your own business. That's the only way you will get the amazing results I know you are capable of. Twice a month you will have the opportunity to submit work (copy, freebies, email sequences, sales pages, etc.) that you would like me to review and provide feedback on! I will provide a LOOM recording with my feedback.

I'm Yesenia
Wife. Homeschooling Mama to 3 beautiful boys. Entrepreneur. Business Mentor for Mamas in business.
My entrepreneurial journey began 7.5 years ago after I had my first son. Let’s just say a 10-week maternity leave didn’t cut it for me and I was inspired to start my own business so I could plan my work around my children instead of having to plan my children around my work.
I started my own law firm from my home office with my 18-month right on the other side of the wall hanging out with his babysitter. I replaced my income that first year in business working a fraction of the hours and then grew to six figures. Two years after opening, my husband was able to quit the law firm he worked for and join me in practice.
For the last 3 years I have been serving mamas in business as a business coach! I love what I do and I love who I serve. Entrepreneurship has opened so many doors for my family and I – including a move from the cold state of Connecticut to the Aloha state of Hawaii!

There will be one 60 min. coaching/training call once a month. In addition, there will be one 60-90 minute Masterclass each month. All calls/trainings will be recorded for you to watch at your convenience if you are unable to attend them live. In addition to the calls, you’ll want to take some time each week to implement what you learn. How much time you decide to work on your business is entirely up to you.
I know what you’re thinking “I don’t know what I’m having for dinner later tonight, so how can I agree to sign up for a year long membership?” Well, let me ask you this: Are you here to quickly extract the strategy you can implement to create fast success, or are you here to be supported through the highs and lows, growing pains and stretches, celebrations and challenges that are bound to come up during the next year? There is no curriculum. I will provide worksheets when I think it will be helpful, but the worksheets are for your benefit only and do not need to be submitted. In addition to worksheets, you will be able to submit work for feedback/review twice a month during office hours!
Nope! This group is for all service based businesses – life coaches, nutrition coaches, all types of coaches, virtual assistants, online business managers, consultants, podcast managers, etc. To be honest, a product based business would absolutely benefit from this program as well – that’s because I believe that every product based business has a service based component to it – but we will be talking about clients versus customers and using service based “lingo.”
